Dr.
Thomas Incorvia
Owner
and Principal consultant of Incorvia Consulting, has architected,
hired, trained and deployed exceptional global and local cross-functional
management and partner management teams for a variety of top
companies including Fujitsu, Getty Images, Microsoft and Sun
Microsystems.
Prior to founding Incorvia Consulting,
Dr. Incorvia spent approximately 20 years in Silicon Valley
California managing strategic alliance and account programs,
and developing revenue-generating multi-company solutions
with companies including Amdahl, Cisco, DMR, Fujitsu, Intel,
Legato, Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, and Veritas.
The services offered by Incorvia
Consulting, including the Developing Thinly Managed Partner
Teams program, are a consolidation of multi-company, multi-cultural
matrix management best practices developed over 2 decades
that have recurrently produced dramatic increases in revenue
and margin, and decreases in time to market - all while reducing
required resources.
Participants in various Incorvia
Consulting programs have included natives of the US, Japan,
United Kingdom, Germany, Canada (including Quebec), and Australia.
